State of Florida Certification Exam Tutorial CD's

HOW IT WORKS
Each CD is broken down into 9 study sections that contain graphics, source material and sample exam questions.  Each study section will display randomly generated, multiple choice questions relating to each section.  The program provides an "explanation" button for each question that contains reference source material relating to the exact question.  Upon completion of the study section exam, the program displays the number of correct and incorrect answers so you can monitor your progress.  The program is designed to be used repetitively until your scores reflect that you have mastered the materials.  When all 9 study sections are mastered, you can then move on to the Final Comprehensive Exam.  This exam randomly combines questions from all nine sections and has a four hour time limit as allowed at the state exam.

HOW CAN I GET THE CD's
The CD's are currently being developed.  The CD's will only be available through the Certified Pest Control Operators Association of Florida, Inc. (CPCO).  They can be reached at (888) 879-2726 or http://www.cpcoofflorida.org/bookstore.htm

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST
$200.00us (plus applicable sales tax) per CD payable by Visa/MasterCard or Money Order.  ALL SALES FINAL.

We anticipate the following tentative release dates:

• General Household and Rodent -- In development
• Lawn and Ornamental -- In development
• Termite and Other Wood-Destroying Organisms -- In development

OTHER INFORMATION
To protect us from piracy and lateral sales of CD's, the number of uses will be limited.  In other words, the CD's will expire.  These are self tutorial programs.  Your success will depend on the amount of effort you put into reviewing and studying the materials that are provided on the CD.  There are no Guarantees that you will pass the state certification exam.
